Francine Gemperle

Francine is an expert in human-centered design methods and their application in a variety of complex situations for our military and industrial clients. She knows when and how to ask questions and when to listen.

We depend on her for research related activity – conduct the research, analyze data and extract insights. She shapes better product experiences by building an understanding of users’ context, goals, and desires, then exploring and developing new forms for interaction with digital technology.
